Global Campaign S.R.M.D. International Yoga Day on 21st June by INS YOGA (SRMD YOGA) A yoga session was held at (INS) Dwarka Base. In this program, INS. Dwarka’s Commanding Officer Captain Bharat Deep Gaur was joined by more than 250 officers, sailors and their family members.

S.R.M.D. Under the guidance of experienced instructors of Yoga (SRMD YOGA), these yoga lovers performed various types of yoga asanas and pranayams promoting physical strength, mental clarity and inner peace.

It is foremost in promoting holistic well-being by uniting the mind, body and soul through the practice of yoga. With the theme of this year’s G-20, “One World, One Health,” SRMD Yoga has been organizing yoga sessions for corporates, schools, embassies, high commissions, consulates etc. worldwide and participates in major large scale events.
