Taking into account the arguments of DGP Anil Tripathi on the application, Valsad Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja gave an order rejecting the bail application of accused Shah Jahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.

The accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch, who was arrested in that case, filed a bail application for the third time to be released from jail in the Additional Sessions Court of Valsad. Taking cognizance of DGP Anil Tripathi’s persuasive arguments on that bail plea, Valsad’s Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja passed an order rejecting the third bail plea of ​​accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.
