GJ-06-DQ-8479 was stopped and taken on the side of the road. The accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch, who was arrested in that case, filed a bail application for the third time to be released from jail in the Additional Sessions Court of Valsad. Taking cognizance of DGP Anil Tripathi's persuasive arguments on that bail plea, Valsad's Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja passed an order rejecting the third bail plea of accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.

The accused, who was caught with a quantity of 58.36 grams of MDMA drugs from a car during a vehicle check on the Waghaldhara highway in Valsad district, moved the bail application for the third time to be released from jail in the Additional Sessions Court of Valsad. Taking into account the arguments of DGP Anil Tripathi on the application, Valsad Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja gave an order rejecting the bail application of accused Shah Jahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.
