To read deleted messages you need to download third party app WhatsRemoved+.
After installing the WhatsRemoved+ app on the phone, open it, and agree to the terms and conditions.
Your phone needs to be given notification access for the app to work.
If you agree with this then click on Yes option.
After this select the app whose notification you want to avoid.
Now enable WhatsApp messages only, and then click on continue.
Apart from this, other options will also be available, including Facebook, Instagram.
Select the file you want to save.
Now you will go to a page where all the deleted messages will appear.
You have to click on the WhatsApp option near the detected option at the top of the screen.
After enabling these settings you can read all deleted WhatsApp messages.
