Tech News: Whatsapp Now Lets Users To Initiate Group Call With Up To 15 People In Ios And Android

WhatsApp Group Call: The number of mobile users in India is constantly increasing. More than 50 crore people are using WhatsApp in India. The app has more than 2 billion active users worldwide. Meanwhile, the company has given an update to iOS users. However, this update is only for beta testers. Now iOS users can start group calls with up to 15 people at a time. Earlier only 7 people were allowed to add in a group call initially. After this gradually a total of 32 people can be added. Information about this update has been shared by Wabetainfo, a website that monitors the development of WhatsApp.

Recently this update has been seen in the iOS 23.15.1.70 version of WhatsApp. Gradually the company may roll this out to everyone. The benefit of this update will be that people will be able to join calls with more people simultaneously and save their time. Apart from iOS, WhatsApp is also rolling out this update for Android users, which is currently available with some Android beta testers.

Animated avatar feature on WhatsApp will soon be available –
WhatsApp is going to release a new animated avatar feature for users which aims to make the experience of the messaging platform the best. Some time ago the company announced two exciting updates for iOS and Android users. Both updates revolve around avatars. The first upgrade helps users create avatars using their own photos, meaning you don’t need to create avatars manually. Another update provides users with a collection of avatars. Users can now choose a different avatar when setting up their profile. With this, their profile will be better and the app experience will also be better.

Apart from this, the company is working on several features which will gradually become available to people. Right now everyone is eagerly waiting for username feature.
