Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on July 26 is set to introduce the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Tab S9 series and many other exciting things. As the release date of the device approaches, various speculations have leaked. One of the major leaks is that the One UI 6.0 beta update is almost ready for the Galaxy S23 series. Other devices can also enjoy the same privileges.
Samsung Galaxy S23 One UI 6.0:
Samsung has created an official forum section for the One UI 6.0 beta program for Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra reports theordism (through SamMobile). This new forum section is currently empty, but it is available on the company’s official forum in India and the US. This indicates that Samsung is almost ready to launch the One UI 6.0 beta program for the Galaxy S23 series.
Assuming things go well, it seems highly possible that a public beta program for the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra will begin next week, followed by other flagship programs. If the beta program starts earlier this time around (the One UI 5 beta started in September last year), it should also mean we might get the stable build sooner than usual, though we’ll have to wait and see that.
Android 13 itself is still a work in progress – we’re excited about the release of beta 4 and we should get at least one more beta next month before the final version of Android 14 stabilizes. We’re certainly excited to see what Samsung has in store for One UI 6.0 based on Android 14, and all evidence points to a shorter-than-usual wait for our first look.
