WhatsApp Business New Feature: Meta has announced 2 features for WhatsApp business users. Although these features have not been rolled out yet, the company’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg has shared information about both these features through the company’s official channel. Now business users can create ads for Facebook and Instagram even without a Facebook account. Also small businesses can now easily connect with their customers. The company has started paid messages for this.
WhatsApp Business has more than 200 million users worldwide. Introducing the new feature, Mark Zuckerberg said that now small businesses can easily reach customers through advertisements. For this they will not need a Facebook account. After clicking on the ad, customers will be able to ask questions about the product, view it via WhatsApp chat and purchase it. It will speed up communication and also benefit business people.
Paid messages will also be available
WhatsApp Business is also bringing paid messages to the app which will mainly help small businesses. With this, they will be able to send personal messages to customers, such as appointments, birthday wishes or special sales on holidays, for a fee. Small businesses will benefit from this because instead of manually sending the same message to multiple customers, they will be able to send different personalized messages to all of them. Apart from this, business users can also set the day and time of sending the message.
WhatsApp is also working on many other features, one of which is username. After it goes live everyone has to choose a username. Which is happening on Twitter and Instagram so far.
Instant messaging app WhatsApp is bringing a new feature to its users very soon, currently the company has started working on some special features, one of which is the feature of message pin setup. WhatsApp will allow its users to set a time limit for pin messages in group and personal chats. That means you can choose a time limit for a pinned message, how long it will stay pinned. Currently, this update has been rolled out to some beta testers, which is a work in progress. The company may roll out this feature for everyone in the near future. Information about this update has been shared by Wabetainfo, a website that monitors the development of WhatsApp. Under the new feature, the company will give users three options to pin messages, in which users can pin messages for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
