In this way remove the thick cream from the milk

Use full cream milk

If you want thicker cream, use more milk that has more fat. For this, if you use full cream milk instead of toned milk or cow’s milk, the cream will thicken.

Boil the milk like this

Most people take the milk out of the fridge and boil it straight away. But let us tell you that by doing this, the cream in the milk does not come out better. It is better to keep it at normal temperature for about 20 minutes before boiling, then boil it.

Do not cover hot milk

Whenever milk is boiled do not cover it tightly immediately after boiling. It will be better if you cover it with a mesh lid or sieve. Cover with a plate only when the milk comes to normal temperature. By doing this, the thick cream will coagulate on the milk overnight.

Stir with a spoon while boiling

When the milk starts boiling, reduce the gas flame and keep stirring it continuously with the help of a spoon. You do this for 4 to 5 minutes. You will see that gradually the bubbles start to subside. Then turn off the gas. After it comes to room temperature, keep it in the fridge. Thick cream like roti will be seen on your milk.

Store in a clay pot

When the milk comes to room temperature you keep it in a clay pot. Even by doing this, the milk thickens and the cream thickens well on it.
