First peel the mango well and grind it, now take a grinder and make a puree of the mango pieces. Do not use water for puree. Keep a pan or a pan on gas and boil the milk and sugar in it. This will give the kulfi a better texture. No need for milk or custard powder. Keep stirring the milk continuously so that it does not stick. When take 3 slices of bread and it will give you good bonding. You will not feel its taste in kulfi, now take bread crumbs and mix them with cashew and cardamom powder in a grinder. Mix saffron in milk. As the milk boils, mix the bread powder in the milk. It will thicken a bit. Boil the milk for 2 minutes. Turn off the gas when it looks normal yellowish and thickens. Allow the milk to cool. Now mix mango pulp in it. Add cream along with it. After this mix the mixture again in the grinder. Also add cashews and pistachios to this mixture. After this, fill the mixture in a kulfi mould, glass and small bowl and keep it in the freezer. In 6-7 hours you can enjoy mango kulfi.
