Ingredients for mug cutlets
- 1 cup soaked green beans
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 green chillies
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 2 cloves
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 cup cheese
- Salt to taste
Make cutlets like this
First wash the soaked green beans well and put them in the mixer. After that add curd, cheese, green chillies, garlic, ginger, roasted cumin powder and salt and grind it finely and make a thick paste. Do not add water at all, otherwise the mixture will become loose. The thickness of the mixture should be such that the tikki can be made comfortably on the hands. Now take all the mixture in a bowl and take the flour on your hands and shape it into a tikki. Then heat the fryer on gas and apply enough oil on it so that the cutlets don’t stick to the fryer, then fry these tikkis until golden brown on both sides. Your hot and healthy cutlet is ready. You can give it in breakfast or lunch box and serve it with green chutney, ketchup or curd.
