- 4 bread slices
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 modified green chili
- 1 finely grated carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

method of making
First take gram flour in a bowl. Mix red chilli powder and salt in it. Mix all the vegetables like onion, carrot, coriander, tomato, chilli. Mix some water in it and beat it well. Now chilla pudding will be ready. Dip the bread slices in it. Now heat the pan on gas and once it gets hot, add oil to it. Place the bread slices on the pan. Fry it until golden brown on both sides. Roast the besan well until the coat hardens. You can serve it with sauce, green chutney or red chutney. Hot this recipe will be loved by kids. So you try it quickly.
