- 1 cup wheat flour
- 11/2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 table spoon coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method of making
To make cheese paratha full of flavor first take wheat flour in a vessel and add salt as needed and mix little by little water. Knead a soft dough and keep aside covered for some time. After this take grated cheese in another bowl and mix red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander and salt in it. Make a stuffing out of it. After kneading the dough, keep it aside and make a uniform loa out of it. Now take a nonstick pan and heat it on low gas. After this take the loa and twist it round. After this put the prepared stuffing in between and close it from all sides to form a round ball. After this, fold it again and prepare the parathas. When the pan is hot, pour some oil on it and simultaneously fry it on medium gas. Fry it until it turns brown on both sides. Prepare all the parathas in this way. Tasty cheese paratha is ready for lunch or dinner. You can enjoy it by serving it with sauce or chutney.
