In the 70th match of IPL 2023, there was an encounter between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Titans. In this match, Kohli has made a big record of IPL in his name. Virat became the first batsman to score the most centuries in IPL history. This is Virat’s second century of the season and his 7th century in IPL history. No batsman has scored 7 centuries in IPL till date. But do you know how Virat Kohli follows his fitness and diet routine to maintain his health in the match. Virat once said that he does not miss to include certain things in his diet. Along with this he avoids overeating. So know their fitness routine too.

Virat once shared his diet plan in which he mentioned some special things that keep him fit. They said that in their diet they include 2 cups of coffee, lentils, quinoa, lots of spinach, greens, greens. Apart from this, they also enjoy nuts, protein bars and Chinese food.

Virat Kohli takes special care of his diet to stay active along with his fitness. It emphasizes 3 things in the diet. Kohli does not include sugar and gluten foods in the diet. He also avoids consumption of dairy products as far as possible. Apart from this, Virat is very careful about one thing and that is that he never overeats. It eats 90 percent of hunger. That means eating a little less than needed.

Many times you must have seen Kohli’s Instagram photos. In which they are also seen exercising a lot. He works out for hours in the gym every day. Due to this, their health remains good. Apart from this, he likes to play games at home whenever he gets time. You may remember that he used to play cricket with wife Anushka during the lockdown.
