Some find all sweets bland against this papad. It is better if you make it at home instead of getting it from the market. This work is very easy. So know how to make mango juice papad at home.

material

  • A cup of mango juice
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3-4 drops of lemon juice
  • Half a cup of water

method of making

First, soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour. Now peel it and cut it into small pieces. And make a paste of it. Now take a pan and add half a cup of water and heat it. Add mango paste to it and cook on low flame. Let rise for 10 minutes. Now mix 3 spoons of sugar, salt, lemon juice. Climb it. And keep stirring. Otherwise it will stick. When the mixture thickens, keep it on a tray. and fold the mixture into it. Shake the tray well so that there are no bubbles. And the mixture spreads well. Now cover it with plain clothes and keep it to dry. When your mixture is dry, cut it and give it the desired shape. Your mango papad is ready.
