Health experts always advise to keep the house clean and take special care in food and drink during monsoon. In this season it becomes necessary not to be careless towards health. In monsoon most infections are spread from outside food or oily food like samosas, pakoras, chaat etc. As far as possible, it is better to cook all the things at home during this season. 1. Green vegetables

Green vegetables like cabbage, greens, spinach should not be eaten in this rainy season. According to experts, the risk of bacterial and fungal infections increases significantly during the rainy season. Insects start growing rapidly in leafy vegetables during this season. Eating these during rainy season can cause upset stomach, so avoid such vegetables in rainy season.

2. Fried spicy foods

Avoid fried and spicy food during rainy season. This type of food increases fat and bile in the body, which is very harmful to the body. That is why pakoras, samosas or fried items should also be avoided. Consuming these items in this season prevents diarrhea problem and spoils digestion.

3. Mushroom

It is said that consumption of mushroom should be avoided during rainy season. Eating mushrooms that grow directly in the soil increases the infection. Along with this, it is also a leader in preventing diseases.

4. Curd

Dairy products like curd should be avoided during the rainy season as curd also contains bacteria, which are not considered good for health during this season.

5. Salad

Salads which are said to be beneficial for health should also not be eaten in this season. Avoid raw food during rainy season, not just salad. Apart from this, do not consume cut fruits and vegetables. Because the danger of worms also increases in it.
