Ingredients for making paunya cutlets
- 1 cup pouna
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger chili paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- Oil for frying
Method of making
First of all, wash and soak the pauna thoroughly in water. When it gets soaked well, take it out in a vessel. Mix finely chopped onion, gram flour, ginger chili paste, chili, chaat masala, salt and coriander. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of hand.
