Railways showed the way to booking

Sharing the information on the social site, the Railways has said that the technical problem regarding the payment is occurring only on the app and website. However, you can choose the Ask Direction option for booking. Apart from this, if you have money in your IRCTC e-wallet, ticket booking can also be done from there. Apart from this, you can book tickets from the counter at the railway station. IRCTC has said that alternatively tickets can be booked through other B2C platforms like Amazon, McMeTrip, etc.

IRCTC issued another update saying that the ticketing service is not available due to technical reasons. The technical team is solving the problem. Information will be provided as soon as the technical problem is resolved.

IRCTC launched a new facility

A few days back a new facility has been launched by Railways to make the process of booking tickets from IRCTC easier. Now passengers can book tickets earlier than before. According to a TOI report, passengers will now be able to book tickets easily, even if the passengers do not know the exact names of the railway stations for the journey. This feature includes linking famous areas with the respective station names.

Tourist passengers will get more help

This new railway facility will boost tourism across the country and people will get confirmed tickets easily. If a traveler wants to go somewhere, it will be easy to plan. Because with this facility nearby stations can be known easily. While planning the journey, you will also be able to see many alternative station names.
