According to the complaint registered in the police book, Payal, daughter of Jayantilal Achalaram Suthar, who lives at Abur Road in Rajasthan, was married to Karan Madanlal Suthar, a resident of Sumerpur near Pali in Rajasthan. After marriage, Payal lived with her husband and in-laws. After some time, Payal moved to Ahmedabad to live with her husband Karan, Jeth Anil and in-laws. Payal, who lives in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, used to endure taunts every day in small and big things.

Payal got married in the year 2020, after which Payal got married to Anil after two or three days. After marriage, the two brothers came to live in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad with their wives. But after a few days comparisons started between husband’s elder brother’s wife’s activities and Payal’s activities. Due to which Payal was troubled. The in-laws started taunting again and again. Due to constant mental torture, Payal used to tell all this to her father. But the father used to convince the daughter so that the daughter’s house would not be broken. After a few days, the daughter became pregnant, but her in-laws demanded five lakh rupees from her.

Hearing this, the father broke down and reached his in-laws to see his daughter for the last time. Where they were very shocked and anyway the in-laws convinced them and performed Payal’s last rites. Amidst all this, Payal’s family has also told the police that Payal had injury marks on his neck when the funeral ceremony was going on. There were rumors that first Payal suffered a heart attack and then food poisoning.
