A youth from Ahmedabad was caught with 30 stolen mobiles from Koba Circle in Gandhinagar by the local crime branch on the basis of prior information and a total of Rs. 1 lakh 31 thousand 500 has been seized and a close investigation has been started. It is worth mentioning that the investigation of LCB revealed that the young mobile thief used to run away with mobile phones from people on the pretext of making urgent calls.

The local crime branch’s PI D.B. reported the cases of mobile theft in the register of Gandhinagar district police stations day by day. The Walla activated informers and instructed different teams to conduct intensive patrolling. Due to which the staff men were patrolling the area within the limits of Adalaj Police Station. Meanwhile, information was received that a person is standing in a suspicious condition on the road near Patiya of Ambapur village going from Koba circle to Balapir.

Following the information, LCB team nabbed Bhavesh Gangadas Bharwad (Rest. Nanunagar, Near Talawadi, Aslali Dist. Dashkoi Dist. Ahmedabad, Res. Bodia Village Dist. Ranpur Dist. Botad). On searching his clothes bag, 30 Android and keypad mobile phones of different companies were found.

After the PI wala questioned Bhavesh strictly about this, he confessed that during the last two and a half months, he used to take mobile phones on the pretext of making urgent calls to people standing on the road leading from Nana Chiloda to Big Chiloda, the road leading from Koba Circle to Balapir Circle and the road leading from Vaishnadevi Circle to Adalaj. was The latter used to take advantage of the opportunity and run away. Then the LCB seized 30 mobile phones worth 1 lakh 31 thousand 500 from him and started the investigation of whose mobile phones were robbed based on their EMI numbers.
