On April 25, under World Malaria Day, Ahmedabad District Health Officer Dr. Shailesh Parmar and District Epidemiological Officer Dr. Malaria rallies and workshops were organized under the guidance of Chintan Desai. In which celebrations were held in Sanand, Bavla, Viramgam, and Dholka.
Under the guidance of Botad District Collector Dr. Jincy Roy and District Development Officer Akshay Budania, on the occasion of World Malaria Day on 25th April, time to bring zero malaria, investment, innovation, and implementation based on the theme Malaria Free Gujarat to bring maximum public awareness to the people of Botad urban area. Chief District Health Officer Dr. JS Kanoria and District Panchayat Vice President Dhirubhai Bavlia flagged off the rally from the ground of Government High School.
The rally started from the premises of Government High School and was held from Haveli Chowk to Taluka Seva Sadan, Botad where more than 100 health workers and aspirants from the district of Botad urban area joined the rally.
