- The scam caught on after the project head quit
Project site of WTC Noida Development in Gift City is underway. Its two employees have embezzled 10 crores. 15 employees were employed in the project. The vice president and project head and senior manager of the project have embezzled a total of 10 crores from office booking and vehicle parking. A case was registered in Dabhoda police station regarding this.
Two employees embezzled 10 crores
Ashish Bhalla is in the business of construction. The name of the company is WTC Noida Development. Who does building construction work. The company’s office is located in Noida and another branch is located in World Trade Center Gift City. The job of the company is to build a commercial office and sell. Around 15 employees were working at the branch located in Gift City. In which Kamlesh Trivedi (Residence, A-201, Exotica, New CG Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad) was working as Vice President and Project Head. While Shrenik Harishkumar Joshi (res., D-302, Maruti 7 Residency, Tragad, Ahmedabad) was working as Senior Manager.

Kamlesh Trivedi resigned in January. When Shrenik Joshi was fired by the company. Then the new employee took over the work and the scam came to light in the accounts. The embezzlement of money was seen when the data of the company was checked. In which, it was revealed that the parking money of different tower units of Gift City, while the shop money in the tower was changed. A scam of 10 crores total was found in different amounts. A case was registered in Dabhoda police station against the two embezzling ex-employees.
