According to the information available from Madhapar Police Station, 54-year-old Shelja Venkatesh Yamusani, who lives in Secunderabad, Hyderabad and is the director of Tejashwi Vidyaranya School, while registering the crime, said that this incident took place at different times between 18 May 2021 and 7 January 2023. The accused took the complainant into confidence and showed biscuits by luring them to give gold at a cheap price, later got money and repeatedly gave promises about giving gold.
The complainant told the Madhapar police that the accused had hatched a criminal conspiracy to carry out the same intention and took the complainant into confidence by luring him to give cheap gold and obtained money with the intention of cheating. At different times, he got Rs. 2 crore, 4 lakhs and cheated by not returning it. Due to which a complaint was lodged with the Madhapar police and the investigation has been handed over to the LCB.
