Former Collector of Gandhinagar S.K. The SIT team of Gandhinagar police is working day and night to unravel the tangled web of Langa’s crores of rupees scam. Then to solve the documentary difference of the entire scam, the police asked the former collector S.K. Langa’s misdemeanors have also started to be taken into account, along with a strict interrogation of Langa. Accused in the land scam of crores of rupees, former collector S.K. Along with conducting intensive interrogation of Langa, the police have also started nabbing his accomplices. Congress leader Balwant Gadhvi has started a rice mill at Bawla in indirect partnership with Langa. The SIT team conducted a search and questioned Balwant Gadhvi’s office and his house near SG Highway YMCA Club, this rice mill.
The police are focusing more on getting evidence against the elements who helped ex-collector Langa in the scam and gave him political protection. The SIT headed by district police chief Tarun Duggal is interrogating Langa from early morning till late night to investigate the case. The police also searched at Langa’s Varnish bungalow in Bhopal and Balwant Gadhvi, who lives here. At this time Langa was also with him. It is learned that the police have seized some documents from the bungalow.
After the search in the bungalow at Bhopal, the police accompanied by Langa also searched the rice mill at Bawla, Balwant Gadhvi’s office near the YMCA club and his home. Apart from the rice mill in partnership with Langa, what other businesses has Balwant Gadhvi started and how much has been invested in them? An investigation is underway into how these investment transactions took place and who else was involved.
On the other hand, former collector of Gandhinagar district S.K. The then RAC (Additional Resident Collector) and Chitnis have also been made accused in the land scam perpetrated by Langa. Langa’s partner Balwant Gadhvi is yet to be made an accused by the police in the case, but the police have questioned him based on the evidence. The police believe that the interrogation of the then RAC and Chitnis, who supported them in the scam, is necessary to strengthen the gang around Langa. According to sources, while Langa’s remand ends on the 17th, a plan is being drawn up to nab the other two accused and interrogate them along with Langa. Due to which both the accused have been given a notice by the police and ordered to surrender. Thus, within a couple of days, the then RAC and Chitnis also come under the control of the police.
