A man named Nitin Hirani, who came to stay at a friend’s house for some reason, closed the door and committed rape with his friend’s wife, the police registered a complaint of the wife and launched a search for the accused.

Meanwhile, the husband of the complainant was fitting the wings in the other room, while the accused Nitin Hirani entered the friend’s bedroom, locked the door from inside and committed sexual intercourse with the friend’s wife who was staying in the room.

The wife lodged a complaint of rape

After reaching the A division police station and filing a complaint about the molestation, the police registered a molestation complaint against the accused Nitin Hirani and registered a crime under IPC section 376 and conducted further investigation to expedite the case.
