A notice was also given to the building which collapsed and claimed four lives in Kadiawad area. But, after giving the notice, no action has been taken, now claims are being made by the system to remove dilapidated buildings on a war footing.
In this incident, the fault of the system is also the deputy mayor
Junagadh Deputy Mayor Girish Kotecha said in a conversation with 'Divya Bhaskar' that the system is also at fault somewhere in this tragedy. Because, even after giving the notice, no action has been taken. Kotecha also added that today we called a meeting of the coordination committee. In which a letter has been written to the Chief Minister to investigate the matter by forming an inquiry committee.
