On 13-03-2023, Piyushbhai Bardoliwala lodged a complaint of cheating of 2 crores against accused’s younger brother Dinesh Patel, Bharat Patel and others at Khatodara Police Station, Surat. Dinesh Patel was a foreman at Aarti Silk Mill and also a foreman at Chanakya International Mills in Ahmedabad. Accused Dinesh Patel demanded goods from Jitendra Rasiklal Shah of Ahmedabad and did not pay the money. In this matter, Jitendra Shah filed a complaint at Ahmedabad Crime Branch Police Station.
