24-year-old Janak Khodbhai Desai of Lakhwad village of Mehsana district has lodged a complaint that he is a cattle rearer and earns his living for my family. Two days ago, Janak went to the house of Masa Gabubhai Hirabhai Rabari, who lives in Ganesh Society in Ghatlodia area of ​​Ahmedabad.

At that time, Bharatbhai Abhabhal Rabari, who is currently living in Saldi village of his village, called yesterday and said that if you need a cow, he has to sell a cow at Veda village, which is next to Saldi village. Hence, Janak left Ahmedabad to go to Veda village to see cows.

While going from Paliyad to Veda village, four people from Mithagam of Jotana taluk on two bikes came and stood in front of Janak’s activa. Out of which Sagar Amartbhai Rabari had the edge in his hands. Who asked Janak that you belong to Lakhwad village. So as soon as he said yes, the four people stood around.

Later, Akshay Kanubhai of your village started saying that Rabari has abducted the girl from our village. Hence, all four people including Sagar Rabari, Rahul Karshanbhai Rabari, saying that Janak had nothing to do with this matter, attacked Janak with a stick, an iron pipe and a thong. So Janak saved him from further beating by falling in between the pedestrians who started to roar.

Janak was admitted to Gandhinagar Civil Hospital with head and body injuries in the attack. On the basis of Janak’s complaint, the Kalol taluka police have registered a case against Sagar Rabari and Rahul Rabari and conducted further investigation.
