This drone deal is so important that China and Pakistan are sitting on this deal. This powerful drone is capable of flying with missiles. US killed Bin Laden using the same drone.
In fact, very few defense agreements were signed between the two countries since 1947.

Economic sanctions imposed by the US after India’s Pokhran nuclear test in 1998 also ended sporadic defense agreements. A new era started between India and America from 2001. Why is Modi’s visit to Egypt important?
First understand the difference between Egypt and Egypt. These are two names of the same country. In Arabic it is called Misr and in English it is called Egypt. Four countries did not participate in the working group meeting of the G-20 summit in Kashmir. China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. These countries protested that India is organizing in Kashmir so we will not participate. Apparently, Egyptian President Abdul Fateh Al-Sisi does not support India on the Kashmir issue. Al-Sisi became a guest of India in 2023 and was the chief guest at the Republic Day parade. At that time, there was a bilateral discussion between both Modi and Al-Sisi that the business between India and Egypt is currently 7 billion dollars to increase it to 12 billion dollars. The Egyptian and Indian armies also conducted a joint war exercise this year. At that time, Egypt showed interest in buying fighter planes, radars, helicopters, Akash missiles from India. Egypt can be added to India’s current arms sales to 42 countries.

Even though Egypt has expressed displeasure over the G-20 summit in Kashmir, it cannot go on without India’s help. Egypt needs India’s help in every field be it education, IT, defense. News agency Reuters has just given a report. It was written that Egyptian Supply Minister Ali Moseley said that talks are underway between India and Egypt to trade in currencies other than the dollar. Egypt has long struggled with a lack of foreign funds. May be India’s help may be announced during Modi’s visit. If this happens then Egypt will be able to buy goods from India only with Indian currency. On the other hand, India will provide less funding for the goods it imports from Egypt. India wants to buy more and more gas from Egypt. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, currently around 50 Indian companies have invested $3.15 billion in Egypt. These investments are in agri business along with chemicals, energy, textile and industry.

India has been Egypt’s ally in difficult times
Egypt’s biggest problem is its declining economy. Recently, they took a $3 billion bailout package from the IMF. Saudi Arabia and the UAE stand firmly with Egypt.
When there was a food crisis in Egypt due to the Russia-Ukraine war, India exported 61 thousand tons of wheat. Saudi Arabia recently gave Egypt $5 billion in new loans. Egypt’s currency, the pound, has depreciated by 50% since March 2022, but allies have not let it declare default. Inflation rate has been around 25%. In December 2022, the external debt reached 170 billion dollars.
Countries of the world openly help Egypt, because it is considered a trustworthy country. Egypt is very strict against terrorism, drug smuggling and extremism.

Even Obama was surprised then
In 2014, Narendra Modi went to America in the month of September. Barack Obama was the President at that time. It took place from 26 to 30 September. Narendra Modi has been performing rituals in Noorthan for the past four decades and does not take a single grain of food. When Narendra Modi was asked about food by America, he was told that he would only take lemon water and juice. At that time, the US government was also surprised.
