Various religious and natural tourist spots of Valsad district blossom with abundant beauty during monsoons. Who has a desire to enjoy in a happy environment. A new initiative was taken by N.S. Patel, Divisional Director of Valsad ST, under the guidance of Valsad District Collector Shri Kshipra Agre, to boost the tourist spots of Dharampur and Kaprada talukas of Valsad district and make it easy for tourists to reach during the holidays. As a part of which 2 new bus services were started every Sunday from Valsad ST Depot at local fare rates for tourist destinations of Dharampur-Kaparada. Which has received an unprecedented response.
Especially since tourists from all over South Gujarat are taking advantage of online booking to enjoy these heavenly places of Dharampur-Kaparada. 16 July and dt. On 23rd July 2023 both the buses on both Sundays are fully booked online. So considering the rush of passengers except these 2 buses. An additional bus is planned for 23 July 2023. Valsad ST department has decided to start from Valsad at 8:15 am and return from Sulia Dungar at 12:25 pm on today’s route. These 33 seater tourist buses are the new arrivals.
Taking into consideration the travel preferences of the passengers and the suggestions received by the Corporation online/offline, from 30th July 2023 these buses will ply on the route from Valsad to Greater Korwad – Sulia Dungar and back to Valsad directly on the Corporation’s website – www.gsrtc.in for online bus booking. Sulia Dungar can be booked from Valsad. It will halt for a maximum of 30 minutes at all the places at Piparol (Weliview), Wilson Hill, Shankardhodh and Sulia Dungar so that tourists can enjoy the thrill of each place in a single trip.
