Millets has prepared products like rava-idli-dosa, biscuits in the form of breakfast by adding value to meals.

These snacks can also be used as an ideal snack when children today are attracted to the outdoors. The demand of millets is also increasing in countries like Europe, America, Japan. These stalls are representing India. There is an intention to encourage the farmers of India to cultivate this type of grain, to produce more. Farmers will get a bigger market with this initiative.

At one time India was hailed as Sone Ki Chidiya. Rich in spices, India was established as a prosperous country. A stall was also set up by the Spices Board. Rakesh Patel, representative of the stall, says, “We encourage farmers for production of various spices and organic farming. 63 percent of the country’s spices are exported to other countries. In which the most exports are to countries like China and America.
