Former chairman of Dudhsagar Dairy Vipul Chaudhary has got relief from the Mehsana Sessions Court. The Mehsana Sessions Court has stayed the 7-year sentence of 15 accused including Vipul Chaudhary in the Sagardan scam case and granted bail to 15 accused including Vipul Chaudhary.
The sentence given by the Mehsana District Court was stayed
The Mehsana District Court had sentenced 15 accused including the former chairman of the dairy Vipul Chaudhary to 7 years imprisonment in the Sagardan scam of Mehsana Dudhsagar Dairy. All the accused have now got relief in the Mehsana Sessions Court. The court stayed the sentence and granted bail to all.
