A complaint of land jihad in Samarkha was filed by an old man from Vidyanagar. However, the impartial investigation of the police in the whole matter was enough to call the books only, and the Atal Hindu Hit Rakshak Samiti filed a complaint with the Anand District Collector demanding an impartial inquiry into the entire matter.

The investigation was handed over to the Anand Local Crime Branch by the district police chief who filed a complaint in this regard by the complainant Manubhai Patel. Although this complaint was pending in the local crime branch for a long time, the PI did not do any work in it.

Then without any investigation it was handed over to the Anand Village Police and then to the DySP of Anand Division who was also pending there. Recently, the investigation has been handed over to Anand Town PI before the investigation is completed with him.

Thus, surprise has spread among the townspeople who snatched the investigation from the senior officer and handed it over to the junior. However, the committee has demanded an in-depth inquiry into the involvement of lawyers in the entire case, the involvement of the notorious and headstrong Isamo including Anis Whora, yet why Gujsitok-like action was not taken against them.
