Children insist on playing and traveling during vacations. Then a child asked his father to read Srimad Bhagavad Gita and the child became an inspiration to the villagers and children. It is about Rupal Company of Himmatnagar taluka of Sabarkantha district. Where a 12 year old child said to his father during summer vacation, I want to read Srimad Bhagavad Gita. At that time, the family, including the father, worshiped from a villager’s house and brought Srimad Bhagavad Gita home. After reading Srimad Bhagavad Gita in two months, the child returned to the villager’s home.

He used to do religious activities like getting up early in the morning and going to the village temples to pray, perform aarti and pour water from a barrel. Tirth Patel who lives in Rupal Kampha and studies in class 7 at Ranasan School in Talod. So Tirth Patel, who excelled in studies, told his father to read Shrimad Bhagavad Gita during summer vacation. Then the father brought Shrimad Bhagavad Gita Poojan from the house of Kirtan Muljibhai Patel who lived in the village and brought it home.

After that, Tirth Patel used to read Srimad Bhagavad Gita in the morning in the summer and in the afternoon after school started. Family members, elders and villagers also came to listen. In two months, Tirtha Patel had read the entire Srimad Bhagavad Gita, reading and understanding Srimad Bhagavad Gita along with the verse after daily routine. After that, the family members performed puja-archan and placed Srimad Bhagavad Gita on their heads and returned to Kirtan Patel’s house. Thus it has been seen that the child has taken up the burden of religion along with the burden of learning.
