Under the auspices of Junagadh Bhakta Kavi University, colleges running different courses in four districts are running. Many of these colleges are running on their own arbitrary students. There was a ruckus by NSUI at Junagadh today regarding those issues.

Many colleges are running their own arbitrariness. They are running their own arbitrariness as if they have a nexus with the university. Colleges are forcing students to pay fees in a scheme that allows middle and poor students to study with a free ship card. Documents and results of students are kept. Even though there is no circular of any kind, the students are given a guarantee. Many colleges do not have enough professors so that the students studying in the colleges are doing the work of professors even though they do not have the qualification of professors. In many colleges it is going like pay money and take the result. As there are not enough professors in the college, despite the regular courses, the courses are running external courses and have made education their business by collecting fees from the students.

Arrangements should be made to get the results of all examinations and reassessment results to the students at the earliest in the university. Despite the rule of 45 days, no action is taken by the university in this regard. Instead of 1 month, it takes two to three months. A demand was made by NSUI to do the right thing in this regard as well. With all these issues, the members of Gujarat region NSUI submitted a petition to the Chancellor.
