A complaint has been registered in the Rajkot taluka police station that 4 persons including Kartaharta Tyag Vallabhaswamy of Atmiya Complex located on Kalavad Road in Rajkot created fake employees in different religious and educational institutions and opened bogus bank accounts and embezzled salaries of Rs.33.26 crores. Complainant Pavitra Harshadarai Jani has stated in the complaint that I have been in Atmiya Vidyadham since 21-04-2022 and have taken sannyas under Guru Hari Shri Hariprasad Dasji, the founder of all religious institutions for the last 28 years. Also I live as his personal assistant and work as a servant of Swaminarayan Sampradaya.

Allegations made by Holy Jani are totally false: Tyag Vallabhdas
Tyagavallabh Swami said about this that a case has been filed by Pavitra Jani to defame the institution. As many as 35 separate cases have been filed for wrongfully harassing the trustees and devotees of the institution. Among these, he has filed a case in the Charity Commissioner’s office in Rajkot. He has also filed a police complaint in all of them. Every year in such big organizations accounts are audited by CA. The audited reports are sent to the various departments of the government. But the allegations made by the Holy Jani are completely baseless and false. Such attempts have been made with miscalculations that may have benefited other ongoing cases. The case is on hearing and we have full faith in the judiciary. About this, ACP B.J. Chaudhary said that a complaint has been registered at the Taluka Police Station. The investigation is ongoing. Educational institutions were established with the amount of charity
The complaint further states that Atmiya University is managed by a trust named Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj. Shri Hariprasad Dasji himself being located at Sokhda village gave the responsibility of this trust to Sadhu Tyag Vallabhdas. Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj Haridham is one of the many trusts under the jurisdiction of Sokhda Akshar Purushotham Mandir. Servants and devotees of Hariprasad Swami do charity. The institution has established various educational institutions with the amount of this charity. The financial income from these institutions is to be deposited in the Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj Trust and used for the basic purpose of the trust.

The Trust’s PTR since 1986 is Hariprasad Swamy
Since 1986, Shri Hariprasad Swamy’s name appears on the Trust’s Public Trust Register (PTR) as President till date. But Sadhu Tyag Vallabhdas being the Secretary on Record has been fully responsible for the financial administration of the Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj Trust and the Atmiya University and other educational institutions managed by it since 1986. Dt. On 26-07-2021 Shri Hariprasad Swami reached Dham and after that it has come to our notice that Tyagavallabh Swami and Sadhu Premaswarupdas Swami have committed many malpractices in relation to Haridham Sokhda and all the trusts under it.

Tyaga Vallabhdasa took asceticism only for money
Tyag Vallabhdas has taken sanyas only for money, so I and Dharmadeep Patel started exploring different trusts. During this search, on the basis of audit report and bank statements of Sarvodaya Kelawani Samaj, other important documents, we found that the secretary of Sarvodaya Kelvani Samaj, Dharmesh Rameshchandra Jivani (present trustee), Dharmesh Jivani’s wife Vaishakhi Jivani and Nilesh Batukbhai Makwana, in connivance with each other, have transferred to Sarvodaya Kelvani Samaj Trust approximately Rs. 33 crore rupees have been embezzled.

Extorted rupees in pieces
The secretary of this trust and his associates had opened a ghost account named Atmiya Tech Utkarsh in the State Bank of India since 2004. In which 3 crore 36 lakh rupees were deposited in this account piecemeal from many organizations managed by the trust. One of the ghost accounts of Atmiya Tech Utkarsh Pvt. The company name is Infinity Works Omni Channel Pvt. Ltd. is 3 crore 36 lakhs had been deposited in this company on the basis of dummy agreement. Then the names of Dharmesh Jivani and his wife Vaishakhi Jivani and Nilesh Makwana are running as the directors of Infinity Works Omni Channel Pvt Ltd Company. This Pvt. 3 Crore 36 Lakh cash has been withdrawn and embezzled from the company’s account in meeting with the Secretary of the Trust.

Used and embezzled for private purposes
It generated a dummy IT service retail agreement between the directors of Infinity Works Omni Channel Pvt Ltd and the trust and based on this transferred Rs. It has been used and embezzled. To embezzle this money, the service private limited company created a dummy agreement in the name of service which has not given a single day till date (which agreement we do not have now) using it as genuine and all the government offices like income tax and charity mission and all the trusts. Fraud and forgery of members and beneficiaries have embezzled huge sums of money.

Rupees invested in real estate for personal gain
From 2014 till date, created ghost employees in different organizations run by Sarvodaya Kelavali Samaj and opened different bank accounts of persons who were not working in these organizations as employees and withdrew the amount in cash and Secretary of Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj and Dharmesh Jivani and Sameer For personal use, Vaidya has invested in real estate and contracts for personal gain.

30 crores embezzled for personal gain
Also, Sadhu Tyag Vallabhdas Swami at different times withdrew huge amounts of cash from the bank accounts from the trust and the institutions managed by the trust, using the amounts for his personal purposes and with the intention of misappropriating all the amounts as his own money, even though no employees were paid these amounts as salaries. Borrowed at the account and embezzled Rs 30 crores for personal gain in the name of ghost employees and illegal cash transactions.

Certain accounts declared in 2016-17
To do all these financial scams, many dummy accounts like Atmiya Tech Utkarsh have been opened since 2004 and huge amount of money has been embezzled. In 2016-17 certain accounts have been disclosed in 2016-17 due to the attention of the Income Tax Branch regarding certain accounts. But all these accounts are dummy accounts that have been used for money laundering since 2004 till date. The white money of the trust was converted into black money by showing the dummy accounts as genuine accounts and used for personal purposes and embezzled and cheated.

Police registered a case against 4
The bank account and audited balance of all the above mentioned details were given by the seat and the registrar of the company. The documents of all the details have been presented herewith, Dharmesh Rameshchand Jivani, Vaishakhi Jivani, Nilesh Batukbhai Makwana and the secretary, administrators of Sarvodaya Kelawani Samaj and all those who are open in the investigation have been registered and action has been taken according to IPC section 406, 420, 120 (b).
