At present more than 575 bags are being produced daily by 45 inmates in Vadodara Central Jail. Through which every month in the account of every prisoner Rs. Will establish 3 units by making MOU for six years

From this, 2000 to 2500 bags will be prepared every day.

In the near future, work will also begin at the women’s jail
Apart from this, cooking training, AC fridge repairing training, plumbing, electrician training, pottery making, various decorative bamboo art objects and school bag making training classes are conducted regularly, for which the inmates are awarded training certificates. is coming. After release from jail they can get employment. Besides this, efforts are being made by Superintendent M. A. Chowdhury to rehabilitate the prisoners who are released after Safari Bag training by getting jobs in the Safari Bag Company at Halol. In addition, Safari Company will start making safari bags at the women’s jail in the near future, through which women prisoners will also get employment.
