The Narmada Police along with police officers and jawans patrolled the main roads of the city for the Rath Yatra, which started on June 20 at 3:30 pm from the Radhakrishna Temple in Rajpipla. Along with this, a peace committee meeting was held with the leaders of Rajpipla.

Advance arrangements were made to ensure that the Rath Yatra does not take any untoward incident and ends peacefully. During the foot patrol, LCB, SOG, Rath Yatra Committee, Municipality, Power Company teams were present along with Rajpipla Police and inspected the matter including hanging wires, stray animals, potholed dangerous trees, dilapidated houses obstructing the Rath Yatra route.

On the other hand, the administrators and devotees of Radhakrishna Temple have also prepared well for this Rath Yatra. However, every year the Rath Yatra of Rajpipla is very peaceful. In which Muslim leaders everywhere welcome the Rath Yatra and Hindu-Muslim brotherhood is seen. So this year too, special care was taken during this foot patrol to complete the Rath Yatra peacefully.
