The problem of polluted water in Vadodara city is getting worse during the monsoon season. While complaints of contaminated water are coming up daily in various areas of the city, the Indus Park Society in Warsia area of ​​Vadodara has been facing a problem of contaminated water for the last 15 days. Due to which people have to spend money to buy bottles for drinking and water tankers to use.

Dirty water has been coming for 15 days
Makhija, who lives in Sindhupark society, said, “There is a problem of contaminated water in our society for the last 5 years. Due to which we have to spend our money to bring water. We often get contaminated water there. From last 15 days we are getting contaminated water there. We have made representations to the municipality online, ward office, corporators and MLA, but we still have the problem of contaminated water there.

Water tankers have to be called
Further said that our demand is that we often have to use dirty water. We have to call for water tankers and call for drinking water bottles. We demand that the municipality should give us clean water. Even though we pay taxes, we do not get clean water.

The issue of water was discussed in the coordination meeting

In the coordination meeting of Vadodara Corporation, the MLA from Dabhoi made a presentation regarding polluted water, street lights, bulging drainage lines in East area of ​​Vadodara as well as in his assembly constituency. He expressed fear of outbreak of epidemic if the problem of contaminated water in the eastern region is not resolved at the earliest.
