- There is no location of new court building in Valbhipur, applicants are facing difficulty in commuting
- The 45-year-old building of Nyaya Mandir has been shifted to a rented place for one and a half years due to dilapidation.
After a year and a half since the new premises were allotted to the Valabhipur Taluka Court by the government, people are angry because the necessary work is not being carried out quickly. As the 45 year old building of Valbhipur Taluka Nyaya Mandir was dilapidated, this building was shifted to another rented place with immediate effect and Government land was allocated by the Government Revenue Department and Collector Bhavnagar adjacent to the Vij office to build a new court, after which there was some protest over this land allotment. The reserve of this land was carried out during the surging.
After the completion of this reserve, no report of that matter has been made to the concerned system by the district land office, which cannot be taken as a decision regarding land allocation. Dhara member Shambhunath Tundia, who visited Valbhipur constituency, took personal interest in the new court site and gave information about the land. After receiving it, the collector of Bhavnagar was instructed to take quick action in this matter. If the District Collector, District Land Office and Road Building Department coordinate in this regard, this matter can be solved soon. In this way, people want the construction of the new court to start. People want the work of the court to be done as the work has started for the college.
Lack of facilities at existing court premises
The place where the court is currently functioning is far away from the city. Common people who do not have transport facilities find it difficult to come and go. Also, the environment is polluted as there are brick kilns in the vicinity. In addition, since there is no toilet and urinal on the ground floor for the petitioning parties, the disabled, elderly and senior citizens have to climb the stairs to go to the staff room on the first floor.
