The state will get a second woman Chief Justice
The Collegium has recommended the appointment of Sunita Aggarwal as the new Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court. Gujarat High Court is likely to get this second woman Chief Justice. Sunita Aggarwal has been a judge in the Allahabad High Court. On 21 November 2011, he became a judge of the Allahabad High Court, the senior-most judge there.
