According to District Development Officer Dev Chaudhary, Rajkot district has been ranked third in the number of card holders in the entire state. A patient without a card can also avail this facility by performing the necessary procedures. In which treatment up to 10 lakh per family is now free in designated hospitals under PMJAY. As far as Rajkot is concerned, 1248305 longevity cards have been issued in Rajkot district. Rajkot district ranks third among the longest-lived card holders in Gujarat. Surat ranks first and Ahmedabad ranks second.

Advise not to give OTP in case of unknown call or message
In addition, he said that 55 private hospitals in Rajkot district, including 40 in Rajkot city and 15 in rural areas, can get free treatment under Ayushyamaan card scheme. Also, while alerting the Ayushyamaan card holders, he said that if an unknown phone or message comes and asks for OTP, it is advised not to give it. Because hackers or online thugs can get it and cause financial loss.
