The e-RTI portal has been developed and launched by the IT Cell of the High Court on the directions of the Acting Chief Justice AJ Desai, IT Committee and Rules Committee of the Gujarat High Court. In which the applicant can go to the website of the High Court and apply online on the RTI portal. This area of information includes not only the High Court but also the Courts of Gujarat under its jurisdiction such as District Court, Taluka Court, Family Court, Industrial and Labor Court as well as City Civil Court, Small Cause and Metropolitan Court of Ahmedabad.
Registration has to be done on RTI portal
For this, the applicant has to go to the website of the High Court and register on the RTI portal with his e-mail and mobile number. On which the OTP will appear. RTI can be done after registration. For which the applicant has to upload his ID proof and address proof in the size of 1MB. When the application is filed, its reference number will be available. For this, a prescribed charge under the Right to Information Act has to be paid. Online payment can be done through SBI e-Pay. While BPL card holders have to upload its certified or true copy or certificate issued by the authority.

The answer will also be available online through the Public Information Officer. Online appeal can also be done within 30 days of the reply. You will get his appeal number. The status of the RTI application can also be viewed online and its progress will be sent to the applicant through e-mail and message.
