An important decision has been taken by the Airport Authority as there is a possibility that Cyclone Biparjoy will hit the coast of Kutch on June 15, according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department. Under which no IndiGo and Air India flights will fly tomorrow due to the possible storm. The airport will be kept open for rescue operations only. Apart from this, some more trains will also be affected. The President of Gold Dealers Association has said that the Sony market will be closed.

More Rajkot Division trains affected due to cyclone
In view of Cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ in Gujarat, Western Railway has decided to cancel/partially cancel some trains as a precautionary measure in cyclone prone areas. Apart from this, various safety and security precautions are being taken by Western Railway for the train passengers of potential areas under Rajkot division. Refunds will be admissible as per existing rules. The details of these trains are as follows.

Canceled trains

Train No. 20938 Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Porbandar Express will be canceled on June 15, 2023.
Train No. 19120 Veraval-Ahmedabad Express will be canceled on June 16, 2023.
Train No. 09522 Veraval-Rajkot Special will be canceled on June 16, 2023.
Train No. 09516 Porbandar – Kanalus Special will be canceled on June 16, 2023.
Train No. 09596 Porbandar-Rajkot Special will be canceled on June 16, 2023.

Shot terminating train

Train No. 19015 Dadar – Porbandar Saurashtra Express starting on 15th June, 2023 will have a short terminus at Surendranagar.
Train No. 11464 Jabalpur-Verawal Express starting on June 15, 2023 will have a short terminus at Rajkot.

Shot originating trains

Train No. 11463 Veraval-Jabalpur Express departing on 16th June, 2023 will depart from Rajkot instead of Veraval.
Departing on 15th June, 2023 train no. 19016 Porbandar – Dadar Saurashtra Express will depart from Surendranagar instead of Porbandar.
Train No. 19210 Okha – Bhavnagar Terminus Express departing on 15th June, 2023 will depart from Hapa instead of Okha.
