In Dantani Vas of Laxmipura suburb near Saij Dhanj Road in Kalol, the neighbors got together and beat up the woman with cattle for cutting a neem tree in front of her house this afternoon. Later, two young children were killed with sharp weapon wounds. In this matter, Kalol Taluka Police has rounded up 9 people among the attackers and conducted further investigation.

In Dantani Vas of Laxmipura Para area near Kalol Saij Dhanj Road, a 41-year-old woman was cut down a neem tree by some members of a family living in the neighborhood who beat her to death with a sharp weapon.

Bhartiben Chandubhai Dantani, who lives in Dantani Vas of Laxmipura Para area, was cutting the branches of a neem tree near his house at noon today. Because of which, the waste of neem branches fell in the neighbor’s house. Due to this, the women and men of the Dantani family living in the neighborhood had a fight with Bharatiben. On seeing the fight, some people living in the neighborhood surrounded Bharatiben near a neem tree and beat the cattle of Gaddapatu. Which Bharatiben also resisted a little. Later he started going to his house. But the members of the family living in the neighborhood went to the house and started beating the Bharatiben. In that case, one of the attackers inflicted sharp weapon wounds on Bharatiben. Due to which Bhartiben died on the spot. Due to this incident, a large number of villagers including relatives of the deceased had gathered.

They said that Bhartiben was living here with her son and daughter as she was not happy with her husband. In which the age of the son is approximately 14 years and the age of the daughter is nine years. Neighbors have been beaten to death with sharp weapons by a neighboring family for cutting the branches of a neem tree.

Kalol taluka police rushed to the spot after learning about the incident and rounded up nine people among the attackers. Regarding this, Kalol Taluka PI JB Budhelia said that the woman was killed with a knife for cutting a tree. Due to which some people are currently being rounded up and questioned.
