A middle-aged, fed-up student who was used to physically assaulting female students returning home from school and college in Valsad city created a ruckus in a moving bus and taught the old man a lesson in law. The old man arrested in that case filed a bail application in Valsad’s special court under the POCSO Act to be released from jail. Taking into consideration the arguments of DGP Anil Tripathi, Judge TV Ahuja of Valsad’s Special Court under the POCSO Act has ordered the rejection of the bail application of the middle-aged man who molested the student.
In Valsad city, students from outside go up and down by bus to study in the school college. At that time, an old man used to go to the bus on the pretext of traveling in the bus of school and college students and touch the bed of the students. Many students were fed up with that. Meanwhile, on July 17, a student living in Dharampur was touched by an old man while sitting in a bus. Tired of the old man’s behavior, the student came to the area in Abra and once again touched the bed. So the student complained about the bad touch done by the old man by buzzing the running bus and focusing the attention of all the passengers on her.
The local people and passengers took off the ST bus and handed over the methipak Chakhadi old man to CT Polos. Imran Hussain Bilimoria, the accused in that POCSO case, filed a bail application today in Valsad’s special court under the POCSO Act seeking release from jail. Taking into account the arguments of DGP Anil Tripathi on the application, Judge TV Ahuja of the Special Court under Polso Act of Valsad gave an order rejecting the bail application of the accused.
