Stressful lifestyle and addiction cause heart attack
Dr.Krishna Kumar Goyal, heart specialist of SGVP Hospital, said that the cases of heart attack among young people have been increasing for some time. One of the major reasons, if any, is the stressful lifestyle and addictions of today’s youth. Also which can be inherited if a parent or any other person in the family has had a heart attack. Any person who has had a heart attack between the ages of 30 and 50 should get a routine checkup done after the age of 25. The various types of tests that are coming should be done. Today’s people live a stressful life so don’t get stressed. Do not do any kind of addiction. Like people who say I have reduced addiction, addiction should be stopped completely, not reduced. Nowadays there is a trend of eating out and eating junk food among the youth so people should reduce their eating out. The best remedy should be exercise. Exercising people are now. People also go to the gym but should do more regular exercise like walking, cycling etc.

ICMR investigation revealed
Focusing on such news coming from all over the country, the central government investigated the matter in a phased manner. ICMR experts examined more than 100 dead bodies in six months. According to the study, there were several things common among those who died of sudden heart attacks. Most of the people were sick for a long time due to Corona, labor was reduced.

Lack of physical activity also causes weakness in the body
There were some changes in lifestyle. One of which is sitting job for a long time. The work has become easier due to the increase in virtual activities. But due to this the body was damaged. People who suffered sudden heart attacks did not do physical exertion or even exercise.

These are also the reasons…
People with nutrient deficiencies and fatty diets have an increased risk of heart attack. Alcohol, cigarettes or any other type of intoxication are also causes. Drunkenness is also a cause of heart attack.

Corona vaccine is not responsible for increasing heart attacks
Corona vaccine was under doubt. Corona vaccine was applied to more than 100 crore people. The good news is that the ICMR investigation team did not attribute the sudden heart attack to the vaccine. The second biggest doubt was about the side effects of Kovid.
