More than 100 dilapidated houses are standing in dangerous condition in Patan city. Every year the system is satisfied by giving notices to the owners of dilapidated houses but when these houses sometimes prove to be a danger, the local people of Chachariya area are also worried about this but the system is still indifferent. Some old houses are dilapidated at the large Chachariya pada in Chachariya area of Patan city. There are chances of death at any time due to standing bent over. At that time, the local residents made a representation to the Patan Municipality for the immediate removal of such dilapidated and dangerous building.

But still the water in the belly of the municipality has not moved. In the city of Patan, there are three houses as old as 100 years on the nose of Chacharia Motapada. Which are dilapidated and vacant for years, no one is living in them. Local residents are worried as one of the houses recently collapsed. There is a possibility that these dilapidated houses may collapse anytime, causing casualties to the residents. So, the residents of Chachariya Motapada made a written submission to the municipality to inspect the site and remove these dilapidated houses as soon as possible.

Provincial officer Mitul Patel said that the municipality had given a notice to the owners of dilapidated houses during Biparjoy storm, after which a report on the next action would be sought. Action will be taken.

Chief Officer Sandeep Bhai Patel said that more than 100 dilapidated houses have been given notices, including 33 houses of Veer Kripa Flats near Jayveer Nagar, most of which are vacant. Now action will be taken according to the legal provision, if there is a provision in the law, there is no doubt that there will be action to demolish the building.
