Regarding the celebration of International Yoga Day on June 21, Ashwinikumar, Principal Secretary, Department of Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities, said in a press meet that this year, the ninth Yoga Day will be observed as International Yoga Day across the world with the slogan ‘One Earth, One Health for Yoga’ and ‘Vasudev Kutumpa Kaam. On Yoga Day, between 6 am and 8 am, more than 1.25 lakh people, including Minister of State for Home Affairs Harsh Sanghvi, will perform yoga together and set a Guinness Book of World Record. Police Commissioner Ajay Kumar Tomar said that 1.25 lakh people will join the Yoga Day program on the 12 km stretch from Magdalla Y Junction to Parle Point and from Y Junction to Bread Line Circle to Gandhi Kutir.
