Morbi’s application for abortion of 16 years and 11 months minor has come in Gujarat High Court. Who is more than 07 months pregnant. The minor has been booked under POCSO and Section 376 of IPC. After yesterday, a further hearing was conducted in the High Court today regarding this case.

Order to produce medical and other papers to police
The High Court issued an urgent notice on this issue and called for a medical opinion. In which the police was ordered to submit medical and other papers. In the radiology report, the baby in the minor’s stomach is healthy. The High Court has asked the Civil Superintendent, Psychiatric Department and other doctors to monitor the minor.

Abortion of fetuses up to 20 weeks allowed
