Additional Director General of Police C.I.D. Crime and Railways Gujarat State Gandhinagar has organized a special drive to nab the absconding accused. Pursuant to which, Panchmahal Godhra Range IGP Chirag Kordia and Mahisagar District Superintendent of Police Rakesh Barot instructed to nab the absconding accused. According to which under the instruction and guidance of Mahisagar Local Crime Branch Police Inspector RD Bharwad LCB. Tapas was conducted in separate teams of staff men.

During the police investigation, L.C.B. Police Inspector RD Bharwad got the information. On that basis the staff members including Amar Singh, Rajeshkumar, Madhav Singh, Vikram Singh and Gaurav Singh were arrested at Lunawada Police Station for the crime under Sections 363, 366 of the IPC, Kanti Jesingbhai Bariya, Muwada of Waghjibaria, Taluk Lunawada, District Mahisagar, along with the victim, from Gambhoi village of Sabarkantha district for further legal action. Lunawada Police Station has been assigned for this.
